After an intimate wedding ceremony in late summer, the client planned a hiking and camping honeymoon to the big waters of Lake Superior and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
The newlyweds fell in love through a shared passion for nature and the great outdoors, and wanted to commemorate their first trip as a married couple.
Their vision was to create illustrations that captured the unique sights their adventure, the natural beauty of their surroundings, and the romance of being together in the wilderness.
