Art made by hand, not algorithm.

The best part of art making is the story behind the work. There’s nothing more special than helping someone share a beautiful idea in a way that’s as unique as the moment itself.

Bringing a memory to life, turning a fleeting moment into an artifact, leaves us with a small piece of these ephemeral, human experiences that evokes the senses and emotions of that moment in time, and reminds us of the reason we’re alive and what really matters.

Our Approach

Moments By Hand came to be, in part from a love of travel, adventure, and time with friends - all those moments where the world slows down, and it all just melts into a flow of joy and wonder. Their fleeting nature and indescribability is what makes them so profound and personal, and yet in a world being swallowed by screens and technology, it seems like a vital aspect of life is lost when we don’t remember what we’re living for.

As the world accelerates into the Age of AI, this slow, thoughtful approach to art making remains as a testament, a refuge, or perhaps a dying breath, of what is real; what it means to be human, and how that meaning is made by sharing it with others.

In the end, love and stories are all we have, and they should be shared and cherished.

Commemorative

We can’t stop time, but we can slow it down by reclaiming our focus and attention, and hold small moments from being lost in the blur of modern life.

Bespoke

Gift shops and souvenir hawkers of mass-produced foreign tchotchkes are fine in a pinch, but your one of kind story deserves a one of kind way to remember it.

Analog

You can’t hold pixels in your hand or hang bytes on your wall. Our approach values the physical world, making your moments tangible and sensory.

Personal

Culture and media can feel like a shallowing pond of quick, cheap ‘content’ with little purpose or heart. We see each story as worthy of time, care, and creativity.

Handcrafted

Forget the clip art. Ditch the ChatGPT junk. Skip the sale rack at Target. Everything we make are your original ideas brought to life as original artwork.

Intentional

Each artwork we create is a process of listening, communicating, and collaborating. Each aspect of the finished product is decided purposefully with care.
