Music runs deep for this Midwestern family. What started as a small rituals during gatherings and holidays, gradually progressed into garage jam sessions, and eventually a small, local tour of live shows.
As their love of music and playing instruments together has grown into an actual touring band, with what some would say a cult following, the client had a vision to create some artwork that could serve as their branding. Inspired by their sense of place and connection to their roots, they wanted something personal that captured their family’s unique bonds and reflected the folksy sound and style of their music.
Together we worked to create custom illustrations and hand-lettering that became the artwork for the band’s signage, promotional posters, apparel, stickers, and the most meaningful touch - the new band logo printed on their bass drum for live-show magic!
